Overview

Holtsclaw Construction Company, LLC, a fast-growing commercial contractor in the Southeastern United States, is seeking a Mobile Project Supervisor to manage construction initiatives throughout the area. The projects encompass tenant improvements, refurbishments, and new builds for various sectors including retail, office environments, commercial structures, dining establishments, retail centers, and large-scale facilities. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all construction operations, safety protocols, scheduling, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all construction operations
  • Coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries
  • Engage with project teams, management, field personnel, inspectors, and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality assurance protocols
  • Examine construction documents and specifications
  • Record daily activities and utilize software for reporting and documentation
  • Comprehend all facets of construction including site preparation, utilities, and building processes
  • Document installed utilities and manage inspection coordination
  • Inspect materials and workmanship
  • Manage multiple trades and tasks effectively

Experience Required

  • At least 10 years of experience as a commercial project supervisor
