Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated painter to join our team. This role involves a direct hire opportunity with an attractive new hire incentive. The working hours are from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with ample opportunities for overtime.


Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Executing production powder coating tasks.
  • Performing part masking and washing.
  • Loading and unloading the paint line.
  • Organizing parts washing according to color schemes.

Key Duties:

Responsibilities include:

  • Applying powder paint to products requiring high-quality finishes.
  • Maintaining production paperwork flow.
  • Keeping the workspace organized and clean.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • The physical capability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 30 lbs frequently.
  • Basic reading and writing skills to follow work orders and prepare simple reports.
  • Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machinery, and inspect products.
  • Ability to meet Spirometry (respiratory) test requirements.

Employment Type:

This is a full-time position with a competitive pay rate of $19.34 per hour.


Work Schedule:

Expected hours are no less than 40 per week, with the following options:

  • 10-hour shifts
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as required
