Position Overview

We are seeking an Industrial Coating Specialist to join our team. This role offers a direct hire opportunity with a $1000 incentive for new hires.

This position operates on a first shift schedule, commencing at 6 am and concluding at 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. There is ample opportunity for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute production powder coating processes.
  2. Perform part masking and washing tasks.
  3. Manage the loading and unloading of the paint line.
  4. Organize parts washing according to color schemes.

Essential Duties:

  • Apply powder paint to products requiring high-quality finishes.
  • Maintain accurate production paperwork flow.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Physically capable of performing tasks that involve frequent standing, bending, twisting, turning, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to read and write sufficiently to follow work order instructions and prepare basic production reports.
  • Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machinery, and inspect components.
  • Must meet the requirements of a Spirometry (respiratory) test.
