Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $57,500 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Kitchen Manager will oversee back-of-house operations with an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional food quality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing product ordering for the back of house
  • Controlling food costs while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines

The Kitchen Manager will work closely with other members of management, including the Service Manager, to ensure seamless integration between the front and back of house. Regular communication and collaboration are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

To be successful as a Restaurant Kitchen Manager at Gecko Hospitality, you should:

  • Possess a strong passion for developing and mentoring others
  • Demonstrate exceptional guest-oriented skills with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • Have a solid understanding of restaurant financial statements (P&L)
  • Meet the minimum requirement of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Kitchen Manager in a high-volume environment
