About the Role

The Construction Field Representative, also known as a Quality Assurance Inspector, plays a vital role in ensuring projects meet the highest quality and safety standards.

This critical position involves overseeing construction processes to ensure compliance with project and industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.

Job Description Overview

As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring your project meets project benchmarks for excellence.

You will serve as the guardian of quality and safety standards across our construction projects, developing and implementing robust quality assurance protocols and procedures.

You'll work closely with project teams to establish and ensure quality targets, conduct regular inspections, and identify areas for improvement to enhance project outcomes.

From project inception to completion, you will oversee every aspect of quality assurance – conducting thorough reviews of construction plans, inspections, materials, and workmanship to ensure they meet exacting standards.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
