About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Echo Technologist to join our team at TriStar Summit Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures ordered by physicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform imaging procedures using echocardiography equipment to diagnose and monitor cardiac conditions.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures, results, and follow-up care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide the best possible care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Diagnostic Echo Medical Sonography Program.
  • American Heart BLS certification obtained and maintained according to hospital policy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
