Occupational Therapy Assistant - Skilled Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at All Medical Personnel. As an OTA, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate programs designed to help patients adjust to their handicaps through educational, sensorimotor, social, and recreational activities.
  • Collaborate with all disciplines to evaluate team goals and establish a treatment program with realistic and achievable objectives.
  • Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of recent experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy Assistants.
  • Active state license to practice as an OTA.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
