  • Communicate effectively with the team, providing clear guidance and feedback to ensure seamless execution of store operations.
  • Identify and address potential issues before they become problems, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Delegate tasks and objectives to team members, ensuring clear understanding and accountability.
  • Take ownership of the shift that follows, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of operations.
  • Ensure the team is executing SOPs and quality standards correctly and consistently, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Coach and develop team members, providing feedback and guidance to help them grow and improve.
  • Perform administrative tasks with integrity and accuracy, including bank deposits, inventory management, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience, or equivalent training and approval from Caribou Coffee.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as well as some holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this role include hearing, speaking, seeing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for 4 to 8 hours, or the ability to accomplish these tasks with or without reasonable accommodations.
