We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our Food Services team in Beloit, WI.

Job Summary

The Dietary Aide will assist the kitchen staff in meal preparation, serving nutritious meals to our residents, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

Responsibilities
  • Portion and serve food items
  • Deliver trays and carts to resident floors
  • Clean dining rooms and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Work on the tray line and in the dish room and pot sink
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
Requirements
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Prior experience in food service is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion to work with diverse aging population
