We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Operations Center Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Security department, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the management of Network Security capabilities within our Cybersecurity Operations Center.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance in operating, maintaining, and enhancing Network Security capabilities, including incident, change, and problem management activities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage effectively with key stakeholders to ensure that the services supported by the Cybersecurity Operations Center meet customer and stakeholder requirements.
- Performance Reporting: Create and present regular performance reports to the Senior Leadership team, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior team members to support their professional development and ensure the continued growth and success of our team.
- Problem Management: Lead problem management initiatives to identify key trends and execute remediation plans for recurring incidents.
- Cybersecurity Expertise: A degree in Cyber Security related discipline or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of hands-on experience with security technologies, including Palo Alto and Cisco ASA.
- Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in leading and responding to incidents and change activities in a large enterprise environment.
- Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure designs, including cloud infrastructures, routing, firewall functionality, host and network intrusion detection systems, encryption, load balancing, and other network devices.
- Certifications: The following certifications would be a plus: Cisco CCIE Security, Checkpoint CCSE/CCSM, Palo Alto PCNSE, F5 201/401, and Zscaler ZDTA/ZTCA.
