Job Description

This Project Coordinator role is responsible for assisting in the coordination and completion of assigned network infrastructure implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, timecards, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in meetings.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions made during meetings.
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT project management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of Cisco products and IT solutions.
