Clinical Infusion Nurse Leader

As a Senior Infusion Registered Nurse at Providence, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of infusion nurses. Our ideal candidate has knowledge of oncology and other specialty diagnoses, chemotherapy administration, side effects, infusion therapy, blood product administration, pain management, and port-a-cath access devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply the nursing process in direct patient care
- Coordinate the interdisciplinary team to intervene according to assessment findings
- Serve as a mentor for journey-level infusion RNs
- Assist with orientation, training, and education of clinic personnel and infusion RNs

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate's degree in Nursing with 4 years' experience as a registered nurse
- Oregon Registered Nurse License or National Registered Nurse Compact License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered
- 3 years infusion nursing experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years ambulatory nursing experience
