Diagnostic Radiology Services
As a Radiology Technologist at UnitedHealth Group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic radiology services to patients. This includes operating imaging equipment, evaluating radiographs for technical quality, and troubleshooting equipment issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment and other devices as necessary to produce high-quality radiographs.
- Evaluate radiographs for technical quality and seek advice when necessary.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve equipment issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Comply with all state and federal regulations related to ultrasonography.
- Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years degree in Imaging Technology.
- Commonwealth of Massachusetts registered Radiology Technology License.
- Current CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Physical Requirements:
- Physical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position.
