We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey. This is a 16-week travel assignment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
About the RoleAs an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing imaging procedures using specialized equipment such as catheters, guidewires, and stents. You will work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Perform imaging procedures using X-ray, fluoroscopy, and ultrasound technology
- Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and restraining them as needed
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure their safety and comfort
- Clean and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
- Current certification in Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (RCIS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
This is a travel assignment with a competitive salary of $24.00-$28.00 per hour, based on an 8-hour shift. You will also receive a tax-free stipend of $1694.00 per week. In addition to your hourly wage, you will earn $960.00-$1120.00 per week in taxable income.

This assignment is located in Jersey City, New Jersey, and will require you to work 10-hour shifts from 8am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday. You will be required to work one of two holidays and will be on call every third weekend.
