Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at The Glenview at Pelican Bay. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide basic nursing care, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety and comfort.
  • Participate in and receive the nursing report upon reporting for duty.
  • Follow established policies concerning exposure to blood/body fluids.
  • Weigh and measure residents as instructed.
  • Answer resident calls as promptly as feasible.

Requirements:
  • High School graduate preferred.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar in a pleasant manner.
  • Typing experience with other business machines desirable.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must pass an extensive criminal background check and drug screen.
