Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design, development, and upkeep of Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate and manage tasks with an offshore development team to guarantee timely project completion.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to collect and evaluate requirements, converting them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct data modeling, transformation, and visualization to produce insightful and actionable business intelligence reports.
  • Ensure the precision and reliability of data presented in reports and dashboards.
  • Offer technical direction and mentorship to junior developers and offshore team members.
  • Remain informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in business intelligence.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Power BI Developer, with practical expertise in crafting and managing BI reports and dashboards.
  • Extensive experience in leading and coordinating offshore teams.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and other business intelligence tools.
  • Strong grasp of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with business stakeholders and team members.
  • Willingness to commute to the office 2 to 3 days a week.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the utilities or energy sector.
  • Familiarity with additional BI tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
