Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain safety department documentation.
  • Oversee the tracking of rental uniforms to ensure proper accountability and maintenance.
  • Conduct inventory checks to guarantee the availability of critical safety supplies.
  • Input accurate information into the inventory management system to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assist in the evaluation of emergency response equipment to confirm compliance with safety regulations.
  • Follow all on-site safety and legal standards, including the use of heavy flame-resistant garments and readiness to wear a full-face respirator.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in safety management or related fields are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity within an industrial environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in data entry and inventory oversight.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Capable of working outdoors and handling heavy equipment.
  • Physically fit and able to utilize a full-face respirator when necessary.
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to uphold them.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:
This position involves working in various environments, including office, warehouse, and outdoor settings, and requires the ability to wear heavy flame-resistant clothing. The successful candidate must be physically capable and prepared to wear a full-face respirator as needed.

Shift Schedule: Day Shift (8am-4pm, schedule may vary)

Compensation: Starting pay rate of $24.00 per hour
