Job Summary:The RN Weekend Package Neuro ICU position is a 36-hour per week, full-time role that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for patients of all ages. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to address these needs.
- Implement evidence-based nursing practices to promote patient safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health literacy and self-management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa.
- 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a critical care setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work a 36-hour per week, full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
