Grill Cook

At CAVA Plano, we're seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare high-quality food in our open kitchens, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Follow established recipes and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
- Restock cook stations, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to CAVA standards.
- Stand and/or walk for extended periods, with frequent movement to deliver meals to our guests.
- Assist with deliveries, put away stock, and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bend and reach overhead frequently, with dexterity to handle tongs, pots, and other equipment.
- Work in temperatures ranging from hot to cold, and be comfortable near open flames.
- Communicate effectively with multiple team members, with close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision required.
- Occasionally work in tight spaces and maintain a constant state of alertness and safety.
