Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Bon Appetit Management Company. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare food and serve customers at the grill station in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
  • Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
  • Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner, following established steps of service.
  • Ensures food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
  • Tastes all prepared food items.
  • Uses established ticket-collection procedures during service.
  • Responsible for records from area worked during service periods.
  • Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
Requirements:
  • One year of grill and fast service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
