**Role Overview**

This essential position is crucial to the operation of the school, as it involves maintaining a clean and safe environment while performing light maintenance tasks.

**Key Qualifications**

The ideal candidate must exhibit integrity, dependability, and ethical conduct, with the ability to work autonomously.

Availability is required from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with some flexibility for occasional schedule adjustments.

**Responsibilities**

The individual in this role will be responsible for a variety of janitorial and maintenance tasks, including:

  • Monitoring and replenishing restroom supplies
  • Laundry services
  • Cleaning classrooms, cafeteria, restrooms, and clinic floors
  • Removing trash and debris
  • Mopping, dusting, and sweeping
  • Window cleaning
  • Wiping down surfaces
  • Setting up and dismantling classroom furniture
  • Performing minor maintenance and repairs, such as changing light bulbs, painting, and hanging or removing items from walls

**Physical Requirements**

Candidates must be capable of standing, kneeling, and climbing ladders, as well as lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.

Maintaining the cleanliness of the entire facility is paramount, and candidates should take pride in ensuring our school remains immaculate.
