**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. This is a school-based position split between Irwin Academic Center and Hidden Valley Elementary, offering a unique opportunity to work with students in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct therapy sessions and complete evaluations and screenings for students
  • Attend meetings and collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Document therapy and diagnostic reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prioritize activities and schedule services to meet the needs of students and the school

**Requirements:**

  • Valid or eligible for NC Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
