About the Job

This role combines truck driving and operational work, requiring a versatile individual with strong attention to detail.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks
  • Maintaining quality of inventory
  • Delivering products to customer sites
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws
  • Keeping work areas and vehicles clean and safe

A successful candidate will have a Class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement or be willing to obtain it within a specified timeframe.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to lift 75 pounds regularly.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
  • Must meet minimum age requirement
  • Maintaining or obtaining a CDL and DOT medical card
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends
