This position involves operating heavy machinery/equipment, preparing trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, conducting repairs and maintenance tasks, monitoring inventory quality, delivering products to customer sites, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing trucks and railcars for loading/unloading
* Loading and unloading agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment
* Conducting and properly recording repairs and daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks
* Monitoring and maintaining quality of inventory
* Delivering products such as fertilizer, chemical, seed, feed and other to customer sites in a timely and professional manner
* Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement or be willing to obtain it. They should also possess a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read, write, and communicate in English, and be able to lift 75 pounds.
