About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced heavy-duty equipment mechanic to leverage their expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Conduct thorough inspections of heavy-duty equipment to identify potential issues and perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake servicing, and fluid checks to ensure peak performance and reduce downtime.
  • Repair and Diagnosis: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to assess and pinpoint mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical problems, performing repairs on major equipment components, including engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and other critical parts.
  • Customer Service: Provide expert services from anywhere, leveraging cutting-edge technology to support customers in person and through remote or virtual consultations, advising them on necessary repairs or maintenance and ensuring that equipment operates according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance, parts used, and work performed for each service, providing detailed reports to supervisors and clients regarding equipment status, repairs, and recommendations for future maintenance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy-duty equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; basic knowledge of small engine mechanics preferred.
