Lawn care and landscaping services are in high demand in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Lawns of Dallas is a reputable landscape company that has been serving the area for over 40 years. We are looking for a talented Landscape Development Manager to join our sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, estimating project costs, and selling our services to clients. They will also work closely with our production team to ensure smooth execution of projects and provide exceptional customer service.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in the landscape industry, proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software, and strong sales skills. You should also be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with new and existing clients to discuss their lawn care needs and develop customized solutions
  • Estimate project costs and create detailed proposals for clients
  • Sell our landscaping services to clients and negotiate contracts
  • Work closely with our production team to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., horticulture, environmental science)
  • At least 5 years of experience in the landscape industry
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
  • Strong sales skills and ability to close deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
