Our company has a rich history dating back to 1955, when Don and Wanda Locke opened a wholesale plumbing supply outlet in Bartlesville, OK. We've since expanded to over 190 store locations in a 7-state area and a 45-acre distribution center to supply them all.
Job DescriptionWe're seeking an outgoing and energetic Branch Associate to provide excellent customer service at our branch locations, offer advice and recommendations based on customers' needs, and deliver products from our branches to the customer.
This position requires someone with excellent attention to detail and a mechanical mindset. If you're a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Offer product recommendations and find cost-effective solutions for customers
- Assist with shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate inventory tracking
- Prepare and oversee jobs for the next day, ensuring equipment and supplies are ready to be loaded into trucks
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination and DOT physical
