About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech and Language Pathologist who will provide high-quality treatment and consultation services to individuals experiencing communication and swallowing disorders. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of home health speech therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient needs, including medical, psychosocial, and environmental factors.
  • Develop and implement individualized Plans of Care based on patient needs, working closely with physicians and patients.
  • Supervise Home Health Aides as needed, providing training and guidance on new tasks and procedures.
  • Complete comprehensive OASIS assessments and documentation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • C coordinate care with other organizations and individuals to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state where services will be provided.
  • National examination approval by the Secretary.
  • CEV and HIV licensure requirements met.
  • CPR certification.
  • A valid Florida driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • 1 year of experience preferred.

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
