Position Overview:

Chandler Concrete Co., Inc. is actively seeking to hire skilled Mixer Truck Operators with a valid Class A or B CDL (Commercial Driver's License). The role involves loading, transporting, and unloading ready mix concrete from the batch plant to various job sites while adhering to established safety, service, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate mixer trucks to deliver concrete to customer locations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections.
  • Load and unload concrete efficiently and safely.
Qualifications:
  • Valid VA Driver's License with current CDL Class A or B.
  • Proven safe driving record with no chargeable accidents in the last three years.
  • Clean criminal background with no felony convictions in the past decade.
  • Experience with heavy equipment is preferred.
  • Stable employment history, ideally with no more than three jobs in the last five years.
  • Current DOT Physical, preferably with no restrictions.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required.

Work Environment:

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience (preferred)
License/Certification:
  • CDL (Required)
