Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide professional and courteous service to all guests, maintaining our high standards.
  • Order Management: Oversee and manage Dine In, Catering, and To-Go orders effectively.
  • Team Coordination: Ensure that team leaders and supervisors effectively manage their staff to deliver outstanding front of house services.
  • Operational Procedures: Implement and maintain dynamic operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Communication Development: Foster strong communication and reporting processes to guide service delivery and facilitate improvements.
  • Safety Practices: Enforce safe working practices to protect all building occupants and visitors.
  • Management Meetings: Actively participate in weekly and monthly management report meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Several years of experience in the hospitality industry, with management experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish is an advantage.
  • Proficient in POS systems and all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Compensation will be determined based on experience. We offer benefits and a 401k plan.
