Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to oversee the development and implementation of Material Management, Warehouse Management, Property Accountability, and Maintenance and Utilization applications and processes. This role involves managing and monitoring existing applications and processes, as well as guiding future business direction, enhancements, and optimization by collaborating with development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive the development and implementation of new and significant enhancements to major processes through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to document key business goals and objectives, and prepare detailed requirement specifications for development teams.
  • Participate in the agile software development process and collaborate with development teams to produce necessary documentation or communications.
  • Assist with developing test cases, coordinating user acceptance testing, and training plans.
  • Help the Help Desk with problem and incident management, and provide end-user training as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of prior experience in a related field.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based Desktop/Laptop Computers and Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, collaboration, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Department of Defense Supply Systems, DLMS processing, or MILS processing.
