Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join the AMERICINN team. This role involves managing a team of Front Desk Associates, ensuring exceptional service for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement both short and long-term goals for the front desk staff.
  • Handle scheduling and time off requests for staff working the front desk.
  • Set a service standard and lead by example, providing exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Manage training of new and existing staff members to ensure everyone understands expectations.
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to provide the highest level of customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience managing a team is desired.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
