Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking area
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
