About the UnitOur 24-bed progressive care unit is dedicated to providing exceptional care to acutely ill patients who require complex healthcare services. Our team is passionate about delivering compassionate care, and we are committed to creating a positive work environment that supports growth and development.
You will be part of a talented team of nurses who are dedicated to their work, surrounded by critical thinkers who share your passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
What You Will Do- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes, ensuring seamless transitions for our patients.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement among staff members.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Registered Nurse (RN) diploma or degree.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of employment start date.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, and paid time off.
