Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Charge RN Cardiac Care. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and evaluating nursing care on our cardiac telemetry unit. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients recovering from open-heart surgeries, heart catheterizations, and other cardiac procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure seamless transitions for patients.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service excellence.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement among staff members.
  • Assist with staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and effective resource allocation.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Kansas or Missouri.
  • Registered Nurse Diploma from an accredited nursing program.

Estimated Salary Range: $93,000 - $123,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
