Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our end-users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our O365 applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remote troubleshooting of O365 application issues
  • Imaging laptops and machines via Intune
  • Asset tagging via our ticketing system for hardware shipping and receiving
  • Assisting with MDM Support

Requirements:

  • Intermediate level of technical expertise
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
