Ohana Cannabis Co. is seeking an exceptional Cannabis Beverages Specialist to join our team in Emeryville, California.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality drinks while ensuring a satisfying experience for our patrons. This role involves accurately measuring and serving drinks and edibles in a timely, customer-centric manner. Our goal is to establish Ohana Cannabis Co. as the go-to cannabis dispensary in the Bay Area.
Main Responsibilities- Educate consumers on the positive aspects of cannabis to drive normalization of use.
- Create handcrafted, high-quality beverages that meet our standards.
- Advocate for the Ohana brand and provide top-level customer service.
- Curate a welcoming environment for patrons of our dispensary and onsite consumption lounge.
- 2-3 years of bartending experience.
- Must be enthusiastic and self-driven.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
