Counter Sales Specialist

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and certification level. Job DutiesWe are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to assist with parts inventory management, process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintain accurate inventory levels, stock shelves and organize parts effectively, assist with receiving and processing incoming parts shipments, locate and retrieve parts for customers and technicians, process customer orders, verify part numbers and pricing information, coordinate with suppliers and vendors to expedite orders, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support in the auto parts department.
- Assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels and organizing parts effectively.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming parts shipments.
- Locate and retrieve parts for customers and technicians.
- Process customer orders.
- Verify part numbers and pricing information.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or parts department preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with relevant software.
