Pharmacist - Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care services, including disease state management and medication therapy optimization.
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians, clerks, and interns to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
- Implement company initiatives to increase profitability and improve patient outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
- Preferred: Certified Immunizer and ability to work a variety of schedules, including dayshift, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
