About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Phlebotomist to join our team as an Independent Contractor. As a Mobile Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting Insurance Medical Exams in the Coldwater, Michigan area and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and store blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Distribute samples to designated departments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor storage and inventory of supplies to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain a clean and healthy work environment, adhering to laboratory safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the recovery of patients with adverse reactions, providing exceptional care and support.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of practical Phlebotomy experience, with a strong focus on patient care and safety.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with medical software and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
