Lionheart Children's Academy is a leading provider of early childhood education, dedicated to fostering a love of learning in children from birth to age 12. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team of dedicated professionals.

**Job Title:** Early Childhood Educator Role

**Reports to:** Academy Director

**Compensation:** $40 - $60 per hour (based on experience and education)

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan, organize, and implement developmentally appropriate programs for children aged 0-5 years
  • Establish a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the Academy's curriculum and meet the diverse needs of children
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development of a positive school culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion

**Requirements:**

  • At least 18 years of age and high school diploma or GED certificate
  • Early education degree (BA, AA, or CDA) highly preferred
  • Previous experience in a state-licensed facility or 24 hours of documented pre-service training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
