LPN - Medical Care Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and energetic LPN to join our dedicated team of healthcare providers in our Internal Medicine office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and assist in clinical functions under the direction of the attending physician, RN, or Lead LPN.
  • Obtain and accurately record patient's vital signs, document components of patient's history, and communicate with patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Participate in in-office procedures, perform diagnostic CLIA waived testing, and venipuncture to obtain blood for lab testing.
  • Prep patient's chart for pertinent clinical information, maintain inventory of supplies, and keep patient examination rooms stocked.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required, LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure upon hire required.
  • Previous experience in a patient care setting preferred, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
