In this role, you will be instrumental in boosting membership through effective member referrals, managing leads, organizing community events, and driving marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service and sales abilities, a positive demeanor, and a genuine passion for fitness. This position will primarily focus on sales and marketing (70-80%) while also handling studio operations (20-30%).
ABOUT BODY FIT TRAINING:
Body Fit Training is a leading fitness franchise known for its innovative group training approach. We utilize scientifically validated strength training methods within a variety of dynamic 50-minute sessions led by certified coaches. Our unique blend of advanced technology and elite programming, which includes heart rate-specific training, sets us apart in the fitness industry. With a rapidly expanding global presence, we are a brand that is continuously evolving.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in fitness sales or membership sales is preferred.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Proven ability to generate personal sales and mentor Sales Representatives.
- Capability to work autonomously while collaborating with management.
- Experience in managing diverse revenue streams, from membership sales to retail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
- Genuine enthusiasm for health and fitness and a desire to help others succeed.
- Proficient in computer usage and studio management software.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads through grassroots marketing, external outreach, and community engagement.
- Drive membership sales through proactive business development strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and membership targets.
- Manage marketing campaigns effectively to achieve lead generation goals, including digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Welcome members and prospective clients as they enter the facility.
- Handle phone inquiries and assist members with their needs.
- Engage with leads and potential members through various communication channels.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new members.
- Address and resolve member concerns or complaints promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
COMPENSATION:
This position offers a competitive base salary, commensurate with experience and performance, along with commission opportunities based on individual sales. There is significant potential for career advancement within the company.
