We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist to join our team at The Fountain Group. As a Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for synthesizing content, updating policy guidelines, and enhancing internal sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review foundational documents to pinpoint necessary updates, exclusions, and deletions of related content
  • Conduct thorough analysis of documents and sites for inconsistencies and necessary updates
  • Edit and update all related documents and internal sites, as needed, with proactive use of good grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Consult with the Sr. People Experience Partner to gather information and for content clarification

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a content writer
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient using Google Suite (including Docs, Slides, and Sheets)
  • Proficient using WordPress

About the Role:
