Equipment Technician Lead

We are IEDAC USA, LLC, a prominent company in Henderson, NV, seeking an Equipment Technician Lead to join our team.
This role offers a competitive salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
About the Job:
The successful Equipment Technician Lead will oversee the development and maintenance of designs, layouts, and drawings using Autodesk Inventor models.
The ideal candidate will possess current knowledge and experience in engineering practices, construction, computer-aided drafting, and proficiency in CAD software.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the preparation of 3D models and detail drawings of various equipment and machinery using Autodesk Inventor models.
• Ensure models, layouts, and drawings are created for clients to review, meeting applicable code and standards.
• Maintain and control designs/drawings from concept to completion, with revision control being critical.
• Generate CNC files for various in-house machinery.
• Collaborate closely with Electrical/Mechanical engineering teams to ensure project meets required design specs, milestones, and target deadlines.
• Work closely with procurement to address questions regarding specified parts.
• Interact with third-party manufacturers to answer questions regarding fabricated/machined componentry.
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education and degree in Mechanical Engineering or Design Technology or field equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor or AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical & Inventor CAM.
• Familiarity with Microsoft product line.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Understanding of interpreting regulatory codes and standards.
• Capacity to work in both team and individual environments.
• Capability of multitasking by working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Considerable concentration and attention to detail required.
• Effective time management and process improvement skills.
