We are seeking a Solids Control Technician to join our team in the Northeast US. This is a high travel position that requires rotational work in the local area. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining solids control equipment on drill rigs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in solid control or construction, as well as heavy equipment operation skills. A valid driver's license and ability to work day and night shifts are also essential. In addition, the candidate should be able to travel for extended periods of time and have strong communication skills.

This is a competitive opportunity with a salary range of $22-$24 per hour. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, group 401K with company matching, generous paid time off, and opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain solids control equipment on drill rigs
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues and other equipment problems
• Complete daily paperwork and reports
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
• Previous experience in solid control or construction
• Heavy equipment operation skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work day and night shifts
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to travel for extended periods of time
