Job Summary:

At Synectics, we are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will provide evidence-based psychotherapy and person-centered therapy to individuals, adolescents, youth, couples, and families with various mental health issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and person-centered therapy to clients with various mental health issues.
  • Enter counseling session notes within 48 hours of rendering services.
  • Carry a caseload of 28-30 clients to ensure high productivity and meet weekly billable hour targets.
  • Participate in therapy team meetings and training to stay up-to-date on best practices.
  • Accommodate family and youth requests for late afternoon sessions.
  • Serve as a clinical liaison to referral sources and guardians regarding client progress and needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all services provided.
  • Update treatment plans and other clinical assessments as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Respond to mental health crises and provide appropriate interventions.
  • Collaborate with emergency services and other professionals to ensure client safety.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, social services, and community resources.
  • Educate clients about resources, eligibility, and services in a positive and professional manner.

Requirements:
