About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at CyberCoders. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
  • Supervise and direct construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in project management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong understanding of building systems, including structural concrete, structural steel, and high-rise construction
  • Experience with ground-up hospitality projects, preferably with a budget of $10M+
