Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Kaiser Permanente Bellevue Medical Center. As a Staff Nurse in our Ambulatory Orthopedic Department, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in our Ambulatory Orthopedic Department, adhering to Kaiser Permanente's nursing standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington or compact license.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in ambulatory care or orthopedic nursing preferred.
