Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service orders and oversee the workflow in the Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Take charge of the customer experience, ensuring that all interactions leave a positive impression.
  • Provide comprehensive support for all customer inquiries, whether in person or via phone, to ensure seamless service.
  • Maximize the efficiency of technicians' time to ensure service customers are attended to promptly.
  • Distribute tasks among technicians effectively.
  • Address technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain Customer Success Index above company standards.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and ordering necessary parts and tools.
  • Oversee warranty claims administration and provide training and supervision within the service department.
  • Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with manufacturers and promote a collaborative work environment.

Compensation Structure

  • The Service Advisor position includes a base hourly wage of $15.50, with additional production bonuses based on individual or team performance, potentially reaching up to $95,240 annually.
  • Performance bonuses may also be available, ranging from $0.00 to $2,000, depending on benchmarks.
  • A fully trained and motivated Service Advisor can expect to earn between $29,760 to 125,000+ annually, inclusive of base pay, commissions, and bonuses.
